How to place an order?
Select the item you want, don’t forget to select your gender, change your desired quantity to 1 and click “add to cart”. Go to checkout and fill in the required information. On the right, you will see the total value of your order. You will not be charged to place your order.
Is there a purchase limit?
Every Sunday employee receives coins for a certain amount and this is free or charge. Of course if you want to order more, you are free to order and pay for it.
How does the sizing work?
- Take the same favourite product out of your closet
- Put the item FLAT on a table
- Measure the width in cm's from seam to seam, just 2cm beneath the armpits
Only FLAT measuring of a garment is the only correct way.
What if my size could not be calculated?
If your size is outside our measurement chart, please select the 'other' size and fill in your chest measurement during checkout.
What if I need (more) items for a fair?
This can be requested directly from the office coordinator
When will I receive new coins?
Every new year, we add coins to your account.
Where can I see my account balance?
You can see your account balance by clicking the "account icon" in the menu.
What If my desired item is out of stock?
We mainly work with limited editions. So if your size or items is out of stock, please select another product
Can I order clothes for people other than me?
Yes, with the coins you receive you can order clothes for yourself or for family & friends.
How will I get my clothes?
You will receive them via courier service or at the office by the office coordinator.
Can I change the size after ordering?
Yes, if you get in contact with the office coordinator and the requested size is available, you can change.
